Counselling in London Bridge
I offer in-person counselling from London Bridge, a short walk from London Bridge station and Borough Market.
You might be looking for counselling because something in your life feels difficult, you're struggling with a relationship, feeling anxious or low, or perhaps you can't quite put your finger on what's wrong. Whatever brings you to counselling, our sessions give you space to explore what's going on for you.
As a person-centred counsellor, I won't tell you what you should do or decide what we need to talk about. What we explore in your sessions is led by you.
In-person counselling in London Bridge
My counselling room is at Borough House, 78–80 Borough High Street, SE1 1LL, within easy walking distance of London Bridge station.
Having a regular place to come to each week can offer a sense of continuity and privacy. For some people, meeting face-to-face also feels different from talking online and is the way they prefer to have counselling.
Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place at the same time each week.
