Counselling in London and Online

Are you feeling stuck? Confused? Overwhelmed? Maybe you’re carrying anxiety, sadness, or self-doubt? Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to go through it alone.

I’m a qualified person-centred therapist and a registered member of the BACP. I work with adults in central London, London Bridge (SE1) and online.

I believe we all have the capacity for growth and change, especially when we feel heard, accepted and understood. My role is to offer a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences and discover what feels right for you.

As a gay counsellor, I offer LGBTQ+-affirmative therapy for LGBTQIA+ people, as well as their families, friends and allies. I also welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities.

Working together

Issues I work with include: Anxiety / Low mood / Self-esteem and confidence / Relationships and family / LGBTQ+ issues / Sexuality and identity / Feeling stuck or overwhelmed / Loneliness / Loss / Stress / Trauma / Addiction and substance use

Getting started

I offer a free 15-minute Zoom consultation so we can meet each other, you can get a feel for how I work, and see if we’re a good fit. It’s also a chance to ask any questions you might have about working together.

Our sessions

Sessions are 50 minutes long and take place weekly. You reserve a regular session day and time, and it remains yours for as long as we work together. These sessions can either be in-person in London or online.

Fees

My fees are £80 for online sessions and £100 for in-person sessions. I offer a small number of concessionary rates for clients who may need financial support.
